The restaurant.

- A joint venture with the centre. No rent. No rent deposit. A revenue share, so we succeed together.

- Timing
- The centre opens spring 2027. We want the operator in place well before, so the restaurant opens with the building.

- Someone creative and ambitious who wants to build something, not just run a kitchen.
- A concept
- Unique, and right for West Kirby's seafront.
- Open
- A venue that's open as much as possible, for locals, visitors and water users alike.
- Welcoming
- Accessible, inclusive and community-minded, for a cold swimmer at 8am as much as a table of six on a Saturday night.
- Sustainable
- Locally sourced produce and suppliers wherever possible.

Sauna pitch.
A pitch beside the lake for a sauna operator. Cold water on the doorstep, hot box a few steps from it. Bring your own sauna, or talk to us about building one in.
- The pitch
- A serviced pitch on the waterside with power and water, next to the centre's changing rooms and showers.
- The customers
- Lake members, swimmers and sea dippers all year round, plus the restaurant, the promenade and the beach bringing people past the door every day.
- The deal
- Pitch fee or revenue share, by arrangement. We'd rather find the right operator than the highest bidder.
- Who it's for
- An established mobile sauna business looking for a permanent home, or someone starting out with a clear plan and the kit to deliver it.
Food vendor pitch.
A pitch at the front of the centre for a coffee cart, food truck or trailer. Serve the promenade, the beach and the lake without being tied to a building.
- The pitch
- A hard-standing pitch with power, facing the promenade and the lake, with seating outside the centre.
- Hours
- Seasonal or year-round, your call. Early coffee for the swimmers and dog walkers, late for the sunset crowd.
- The deal
- Daily, weekly or seasonal pitch fee, by arrangement. One vendor at a time, so you're not competing on the spot.
- Who it's for
- Coffee, bakes, ice cream, street food, anything that suits a seafront and complements the restaurant upstairs rather than copying it.
