Run the restaurant on the lake.

We're looking for a food partner to run the upstairs restaurant at Wirral Watersports, with views over the Marine Lake, Hilbre and the Irish Sea. A joint venture with no rent and no deposit. The centre opens spring 2027.

The space.

The first floor of the centre, above the watersports, sauna and shop, with the promenade and beach outside.

Where: First floor, with full-height windows over the Marine Lake, Hilbre and the Dee Estuary.
Fit-out: Unfurnished, with no kitchen appliances. You bring the kitchen and the look.
The deal: A joint venture with the centre. No rent, no deposit. A revenue share so we are both incentivised to make it a success.
Timing: The centre opens spring 2027. We want the operator in place well before.
